Introduction
The Workbench is where we get to explore our extended love for coffee beyond brewing. At the workbench we aim to work on all things coffee, whether its espresso workshops, latte art classes, or machine sourcing, refurbishing, and modifiying. Espresso Brewing & Latte Art Workshops
We currently run espresso brewing and latte art classes. These clases are suitable for everyone, whether you’re an aspiring home brewer or just someone with an interest in knowing a little more about coffee so that you can talk about it at your next party.
In this hands-on, interactive session, you will explore the fundamentals of brewing espresso, and pouring your own basic latte art. Our trainers will guide you through the process, teaching you everything you need to know to create amazing latte (or anything else you’d like to try).
By the end of the class, you’ll be able to:
- Pour simple latte art!
- Understand the fundamentals of brewing, including how grind size, extraction time, and temperature affects your coffee!
- Expand your knowledge on coffee, including the different types of beans, roasts, methods of preparation, and coffee beverages!
